Untitled antique botany print of Lilium orengiaco (the orange lily) and Digitalis ferruginea angustifolia.

This print originates from 'Nederlandsch Bloemwerk' by J.B. Elwe. This work showcases the very most spectacular tulips, hyacinths, narcissus, peonies, roses, auriculas, iris, crocus and all the splendid species that were so coveted in the time.

Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Hendrik Leffert Meyling’ after ‘Paul Theodor van Brussel’. Hendrik Leffert Meyling (1757-1801) was a Dutch engraver from Groningen who worked in Amsterdam. Paul Theodor van Brussel (1754?1795), was a Dutch flower painter.
